PROTOCOLS, PROCEDURES, & REQUIREMENTS
Every member in the Eleventh Marine Division is required to go through Hell Week. To complete their Hell Week may last one day or a full week, and then recruits may enlist into a basic training course or decide to go on to pick a specialization academy to train into. Hell Week is a mandatory requirement for all recruits in the 11th. It primarily consists of physical training in terms of jogs, runs, sprints, swims, and obstacle courses that have to be completed proficiently or advanced proficiently, and under a timed period. Participants who fail Hell Week must either re-commit, redo, or washout. There are no shortcuts. These exercises not only condition the recruits, but also tests his will and patience to carry on.
