The men and women of our organization have gone through many journeys in the last three years. Starting with a US Marine Raider Group that Cmdr. Perez had personally developed known as the 20th MEU. After a rather successful jumpstart of a functioning MARSOC unit, the 20th MEU had merged with another military crew known as Alpha Squad 2015. Together, they became a well-known military crew known as the Eleventh Marine Division or the 11th MD. After a brief and unique alliance meeting organized by a larger military organization named the Greater Federation, the Eleventh Marines were introduced to a private military company-themed crew named Foxtrot Company PMC. Led by Matthew Radzikowski, the 11th and FTC had formed a personal alliance as a result of that larger coalition meeting. Soon, the Eleventh, under command of then Major General Nathaniel Perez, had created a newly developed military alliance. Named formally as the Multinational Combined Armed-Forces Coalition or the MCAFC, it soon gained a nickname, formed by General Perez. It was called the "Iron Legion". Soon after establishing the MCAFC, both FTC and the 11th MD were soon involved in a contact war with an organization it had never heard of before that point.
The Greater Federation, or GFRA, was led by a idealist guy name Ryan Botsko. Despite the corruption and drama within, he led his organization like a tightly-knit glove. All seams were performing as they were supposed to, and their military prowess was considered extremely lethal in combat. They were engaged in a confusing skirmish with a crew known as DSSA, themed after the US State Department's Diplomatic Security Service. Our organizations were usually called in to "surge" a lobby, AKA flood a server with friendly forces and present deadly force. This was essentially part of GFRA's power-projection tactic. In short, it worked beautifully. Most of our surges would result in a 3-to-1 factor for the enemy. When the conflict with DSSA simmered, FTC and the 11th were presented with a newfound bond that most would consider the birth of a loyal friendship. On the fall of 2015, the 11th and FTC effected a unanimous decision between the two factions. We called for a merger of the two crews. We established a new crew, developed by then General Perez and Commander Radzikowski. Together, we made a government/military entity. We called it: The Central Government of North America or the CGNA. That organization became the prime example of how to establish a military/government apparatus in Grand Theft Auto Online. Shortly after creating CGNA, former second-in-command Perez separated from CGNA to create the Constitutional Republic of the United States or the CRUS. It was to be a carbon-copy of the United States and it's Government. CRUS worked parallel to CGNA, hosting many activites and operations under the umbrella of the Iron Legion. We then established a personal alliance between our organizations and GFRA shortly after.
We then were all engaged in a conflict with a crew known as the BATF. Themed after the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, they were hardly trying to retain that theme. They became a boogeyman. A common-enemy. All three government entities and a complete militia of other crews united under the Iron Legion and fought back. We initiated skirmishes, ambushed their men, airstriked and eliminated high-value individuals within their organization. After nearly three months of intense fighting in public sessions, and countless propaganda campaigns from the three Iron Legion superpowers and multiple third-party factions and mercenary groups, the war with BATF concluded with a formal surrender from BATF's primary commanding officer to the Iron Legion and a third-party agent. CGNA and CRUS took the sidelines for this victory, for good causes of course. The MCAFC had performed it's duty and defeated tyranny. The BATF had been responsible for multiple instances of DDoS-ing, Dox-ing and invasion of privatized information. And uncountable executions of military and civilian personnel. With charges that also brought "griefing" onto their list of war crimes.
Shortly after the MCAFC-BATF War, GFRA, CGNA and CRUS had a falling out. Due to dwindling numbers of personnel from both CGNA and CRUS going online consistently on a daily-basis, the Iron Legion soon fell into neglect as factions separated or refused to operate jointly with other groups in the apparatus. At that point, President Perez of CRUS chose to transfer command of the Iron Legion to President Radzikowski of CGNA. CRUS was retired and folded into the Central Government of North America. Under the command of President Radzikowski, the Legion saw a momentary resurgence, once again gaining a following of PMCs, small-military units and Other Government Agencies. But soon after, as before, these groups refused to follow MCAFC guidelines and the honor code. These group were then ejected from the Coalition shortly thereafter. At some point, President Radzikowski and President Botsko had a falling out. They stopped corresponding and communicating. Eventually, under false information given to us by the now reformed BATF and a new organization under the command of a Director{name-redacted}, CGNA was backed into an alliance by the two entities. The BATF came up with a strategic plan to dismantle the Greater Federation. Involving a lot of manpower and electronic warfare, a BATF-appointed hacker broke into the GFRA Rockstar Social Club and backpedaled the crew, eliminating all hierarchy and dropping all personnel from the crew roster. The BATF leader then requested a formal surrender from President Botsko, which he initially refused. Waging a very fierce campaign against his attackers, the GFRA President held for as long he possibly could. A majority of CGNA personnel stayed out of the engagements, due to GFRA containing a lot of mutual friends and allies. Eventually, word of a surrender was passed around. President Botsko was executed and exiled from all groups. A Colonel in CGNA's Marine Corps at this point, Perez left CGNA for a period of two months after hearing that CGNA personnel had unlawfully effected and partaken in President Botsko's execution. The Commander maintained a friendship with GFRA's leader for a while after. Perez shortly re-established the 11th Marines, but soon left and transitioned command to then Admiral Eli Woodruff. The Admiral tried to unlawfully stake claim over the MCAFC, and soon after began engagements with CGNA's military forces. The Eleventh was annihilated by CGNA's Armed Forces and Woodruff soon surrendered.
After a period of stagnation in CGNA's day to day operations, President Radzikowski had held elections for the office of President in CGNA. Pending an election, if he lost, he would turn over command to the President-elect. He was nominated and re-elected for a second-term. GFRA eventually rebuilt and attempted to declare war on CGNA over an incident regarding CGNA personnel defending themselves against a corrupt GFRA General. GFRA and CGNA's relatioship scrambled and CGNA was forced to defend itself from unlawful military actions. DDOS attacks and threats against family within real life resulted in CGNA to excommunicate contact with the GFRA. Radzikowski attempted to make amends but to no avail. Eventually, GFRA shut down a month after the war declaration.
The crew, due excessive drama and fighting, continued to stagnate and eventually, Radzikowski made the decision to resign as President of CGNA and turned the organization loose. Chaos ensued as coups and power-grabs happened across the Cabinet. Multiple third-parties had resurfaced trying to claim ownership of the Central Government. Power soon was somewhat restored after Jake Killebrew was sworn in as the Central Government's Acting President. He soon made the decision to retire and dismantle the CGNA after it was found that he did not want to bear the burden of dragging along CGNA's dwindling lifespan. After that, CGNA was taken apart, and the Iron Legion was put into hibernation.
After about a period of four months after the retirement of CGNA, Radzikowski contacted Perez one day and asked if he could have the permission of starting the Eleventh Marine Division on PC as a group centered specifically on ArmA 2 and 3. Asking out of respect of the original owner, Radzikowski was given the go-ahead on doing so by Perez. Perez also suggested, that the Eleventh should exist on both Playstation Network and PC if they were attempting to revive the crew. Radzikowski was in agreement, and was soon appointed a Colonel by 11th standards and traditions, and assumed command of the Division. Crew activity surged and the 11th did rather successfully in it's short lifespan. But like CGNA, due to drama and incompetence hindering the operation of the Division, Radzikowski soon grew tired of the drama on PlayStation 4 and shifted the organization to PC. He suggested a transfer of command to someone qualified. Perez was brought up. Another Captain was brought up. Eventually, all were in agreement that the effort to sustain the crew was too much, and soon the Eleventh was decommissioned and retired on the PlayStation platform.
Radzikowski went on to lead the organization on PC. Effectively removing and eliminating toxic players and drama from the organization. Set with the priority of not allowing the organization to fail on PC, Radzikowski continues to build the spirit of the Fighting Eleventh, bringing back a relic from lost time. To this day, the 11th Marine Division is now striving with activity and a clean bonded brotherhood full of deadly Marines.
Perez took a break from online gaming after that point. After spending about two months or so in retirement from crew interactions, Commander Perez established USN EOD Group Two on PS4, based on the United States Navy EOD Group of the same name, based out of Little Creek, Virginia. Radzikowski enlisted as a Master-At-Arms and currently serves as a senior enlisted non-commissioned officer of the organization, helping Perez organize the Group as best as he can.
Radzikowski and Perez both agreed to revive the 11th Marine Division to operate in-conjunction with EOD Group Two on PS4.
As of October 8th, 2018, USN EOD Group Two officially disbanded due to a large memberbase having to focus on their real lives. The 11th Marine Division still remains fully active and organized.
Since then, we have grown in size, maturity, professionalism and so forth. We've even manage to retain and enlist some of the veterans from the past crews we've been a part of.
Now the real work begins...
